Change of leadership in the Executive Board of the fenaco cooperative

Michael Feitknecht will become CEO of the fenaco cooperative with effect from 1 July 2025. In view of his move to the helm of the company, he will hand this function over to Jürg Friedli, the current CEO of LANDOR. Markus Hämmerli will become the new Head of the Agro Division as of 1 January 2026.

fenaco achieves 2022 a net turnover of CHF 8 billion

In 2022, fenaco cooperative achieved the highest net revenue since it was founded with CHF 8.06 billion. The operating result (EBIT) is also strong, at CHF 138.4 million and a return on sales of 1.7 per cent. As expected, it is back at the level where it was before the extraordinary pandemic years.
