Around 11,300 employees make up the fenaco cooperative, including 550 trainees and apprentices. We both encourage and expect them to build contacts within the company, and to think and act as part of a systemic network.

fenaco is involved in almost every region of Switzerland, where it contributes to sustainable and positive economic development, mainly in rural areas. The working environment at fenaco is as varied as Switzerland itself and even extends beyond the country's borders thanks to targeted engagements abroad.

The fenaco cooperative has its roots in Swiss agriculture. In the meantime, however, its fields of activity have expanded far beyond conventional farming: the fenaco umbrella now covers energy specialists, retail professionals and food experts, for example. The breadth of topics we engage with makes fenaco an extremely versatile employer.
