Your questions answered

Not sure whether fenaco is the right company for you? Our apprentices and VET trainers are happy to answer your questions.

There are a few things to consider when choosing an apprenticeship. You can find answers to the most frequently asked questions, here.

What do I need to offer?
Above all, interest and enjoyment in the job you’ll be learning!
You can find all the specific requirements in the advertisement for your apprenticeship.
What if you don’t meet all the criteria? No problem? Get in touch with us or describe your potential in your application.

What’s the best way for me to apply?
Find out more about the company before sending us your application documents. If we feel that you’ve already shown an interest in us, you’ll earn your first plus points that could help you gain an apprenticeship. We tell you what documents you need to send us at the bottom of each job ad.
In addition to your educational background, we’re curious to know what kind of person you are. So share something personal about yourself in your application. We look forward to hearing from you.

What is the fenaco universe like?
The fenaco universe is diverse and multi-faceted! All of its subsidiaries are active in the world of agriculture.

We train young people in 20 different occupations, and each host company has its own learning environment. Taking part in various national projects will give you the chance to get to know trainees from the other companies and to help shape the fenaco universe.

Will I have the opportunity to do a trial apprenticeship or attend an info event?
Yes, of course! You’ll find information about this on the host company’s website or directly in the job ad. If you’re not sure about anything or have any questions, just give us a call. The contact details are shown at the bottom of each advertisement.
